Creating Custom Icons

Using icons on buttons is a great way to make user interfaces more intuitive.  This is a great article on how to do that.   I use system buttons and import the image as a decal.  You can find free to use icons on NI's website and the internet.  I use iconfinder.com



 

New LabVIEW version has Diagram Zoom

One of the most requested features has been added to LabVIEW.  In LabVIEW 2023 Q3, you can zoom in or out when editing the block diagram of a VI using the View menu.

Automotive Testing Expo will be back to a full-capacity, full-size show on October 24, 25 & 26, 2023 at the Suburban Collection Showplace, Novi, Michigan.

It is the mission of All-of-us Express Children’s Theatre to offer young people of all backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles the opportunity to produce professional quality plays, study many aspects of the dramatic arts, and develop valuable life skills while providing outstanding entertainment to the community.

 

Our kids have gotten so much out of theatre.  The life skills they are learning are invaluable.

‍Sally Ride

Sally Kristen Ride (May 26, 1951 – July 23, 2012) was an American astronaut and physicist. Born in Los Angeles, she joined NASA in 1978, and in 1983 became the first American woman and the third woman to fly in space, after cosmonauts Valentina Tereshkova in 1963 and Svetlana Savitskaya in 1982. She was the youngest American astronaut to have flown in space, having done so at the age of 32.

 

She is the first astronaut known to have been LGBT.
